James has been a part of our team since 1993. His broad experience includes positions in both the Central Station and Service Department. James was promoted to a branch Service Manager and now oversees all service and installation technicians on the West Coast of Florida. James holds a BS from Florida State University and is well known in the industry as the recipient of numerous excellence in service awards.

Doug has been in the security business since 1986 and is a licensed security and fire alarm contractor in multiple states. He has a B.S. IDS Electrical Engineering and Business degree from Auburn University and has completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education program. Doug is also a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and Leadership Florida and was the recipient of the FSU/JMI Entrepreneurial Excellence Award. Doug and his wife Jill have two sons.

Lisa joined the accounting team in 2008. She has worked in various positions including collections, document imaging, and accounts receivable specializing in disconnects before becoming the Accounting Manager in 2016. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with her Masters degree in Social Work.

Sean started as an Installer with us in 2018 after installing systems in New England and the West Palm Beach area. His experience and work ethic make him a stand-out team member, and he now serves as Redwire’s Operations Manager for our Northwest Florida and South Alabama Region. He was honored as our Expert of the Year in 2021.

Heather joined our team in 2014 as the Controller. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She brings 16 years of experience in the banking industry. Heather is a volunteer of the Meals on Wheels Program.

Ruth started with Redwire in 2006 as a receptionist. She quickly became an indispensable team member, has held numerous roles within our company, and is now our Service Coordination Supervisor. Ruth is an avid advocate for breast cancer awareness – both her mother and aunt are breast cancer survivors. She has also volunteered for organizations like Second Harvest, the American Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity. Ruth was Redwire’s Community Service Award winner in 2023 for her commitment to volunteerism. She was also honored as our Expert of the Year in 2018.

Tim began his career with Redwire in 2016 as a Sales account executive, and is currently Regional Sales Manager for the North Florida, South Georgia and Southeastern Alabama Region. He obtained an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and is an ambassador for the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Tim volunteers with Tallahassee Parks and Recreation and mentors for Big Brothers Big Sisters. He and his wife, Emily, have two children.

MJ began his career with Redwire in 2015 as an Installation Technician. He currently serves as an Installation Project Manager. Hailing from Pahokee, Florida, MJ draws on his past experiences as inspiration to spread joy and connect with unhomed individuals in the community. MJ was honored as our Expert of the year in 2022. MJ and his wife, Ashley, have two daughters.

Sean became a member of our team in 2001 as a Central Station Operator. He was later promoted to Central Station Supervisor, then Central Station Manager. As an Operator he earned two National Operator Achievement Awards and his Central Station team has received National Operator Achievement Awards on four different occasions under his management. Sean left our team in 2012 to manage multiple central stations located throughout Southern California and rejoined the team in 2015 where he was positioned as Vice President, Customer Services. In 2016, Sean was promoted and is currently serving as Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of Florida State University and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Sean holds a NICET Level IV – Fire Alarm Systems Certification along with Alarm Contractor Licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Prior to joining the team in 2018, Bear spent more than a decade in commercial development and brokerage throughout the US. His acquired knowledge base and skill set translated well to the security industry and continues to serve him as Regional Sales Manager. Bear is a Tampa Bay native, a graduate of the University of Florida and a member of the University of Tampa Board of Fellows. Bear and his wife Virginia have two children.

She earned two National Operator Achievement awards as a Central Station Operator and two additional National Achievement awards after being promoted to Central Station Supervisor. She currently serves as our Client Support Manager.  She is a graduate of Florida A&M University.

Ted became a member of our team in 2003 as an Account Executive, and served in various roles throughout his service to the company before becoming its President in 2016. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education High Potentials Leadership Program, and currently serves on various security industry boards and advisory councils. Ted has served on the Board of Trustees for Maclay School, the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and Lee’s Place, and is an active member of the Southern Chapter of the Young President’s Organization. He and his wife, Haley, have two daughters.
